Ben

Ben has been with the F3 team since August of 2025 and since the start brings creativity, steadiness and unique energy to everything he does. He enjoys the hands-on side of the job - especially making cool shirts and seeing ideas come to life through screen printing.

One of his favorite memories so far is working on an anime-inspired One Piece print, highlighting his appreciation for bold, creative designs. He’s especially drawn to multi-color gradient trends and isn’t afraid to think outside the box when it comes to style.

Outside of work, Ben has a wide range of interests - from playing violin (which he started in 4th grade), including Marvel Champions and other strategy-based card games. He’s also got a unique story - having driven a tour bus in Juneau, Alaska.

Ben describes the team culture as faithful, magnetic, and fun, and he contributes to that atmosphere daily. This year, he’s focused on finishing a sci-fi novel and growing in efficiency in his role.
