Caleb

Caleb has been a valued member of the F3 team since joining the team in June of 2023, known for his dedication to quality and his steady, dependable approach to his work. He takes pride in producing products customers can truly enjoy, always aiming to deliver excellence in every project.

One of Caleb’s favorite memories at F3 was celebrating the company’s five-year anniversary - a milestone that reflects the close-knit, committed culture he values. He describes the team as dedicated, dependable, and continually pushing to improve.

Outside of work, Caleb enjoys playing video games, reading, and spending time with his family. He also has a creative side - such as building computers and working with digital design. A fun fact about Caleb is that he once was the primary CAD/DIGI operator at F3 and has now taken on the opportunity of being our primary automatic screen printer

Caleb’s style leans into current trends like oversized tees and unique finishes like acid-washed designs, while still appreciating standout colors like kelly green and lavender. Whether he’s listening to music or podcasts on the job, he stays focused on creating great work and contributing to a team that’s always getting better.
