Josh

Josh has been part of the F3 team since January of 2023 and plays a key role in keeping production running smoothly. He especially enjoys working in product counting, where his attention to detail helps ensure everything stays on track.

One of his favorite memories at F3 was our white elephant gift exchange which is a reflection of the fun, family-like culture he describes as witty and adaptable. Josh brings that same steady, team-first mindset into his daily work.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys reading (around 35 books a year), golfing, and spending quality time with his family. He’s always got a podcast or sermon playing while he works and appreciates a good, classic cotton tee with a weathered look.

This year, Josh is focused on personal growth - especially becoming a better husband and learning how to navigate challenges well.
