Keith

Keith has been with the F3 team since April of 2025 and continues to grow in his role in the day-to-day operations. He’s been learning a little bit of everything along the way, stepping in where needed and gaining a well-rounded understanding of the full process.

Keith enjoys being part of projects from start to finish and finds satisfaction in seeing the work come together. Some of his favorite moments at F3 are the simple ones like Thanksgiving and holiday meals with the team. He enjoys the close, supportive culture at F3 and looks forward to his personal and professional growth in the industry.

Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, grilling, and spending time with family and friends. He also has an interest in art and its history, which adds to his appreciation for creativity in the work he’s part of.

He tends to prefer simple, natural styles and colors, with an eye for subtle detail. While working, you’ll usually find him listening to books or music as he focuses on continuing to improve and support the team however he can.
