Chuck has been part of the F3 team since the very beginning, bringing a deep sense of purpose and steady leadership to everything he does. He thrives on connection - whether it’s helping people, building relationships, or creating space for meaningful conversations.

Chuck’s favorite part of the job is the opportunity to serve others while being part of something that continues to grow and evolve. He’s especially energized by moments like start-of-year meetings, where vision and future possibilities come to life.

Outside of work, you’ll find him hunting, fishing, or spending time outdoors. He also values sharing his faith and connecting with others on a deeper level, with a long-term dream of pursuing ministry.

When it comes to style and design, Chuck leans toward simple and clean, favoring classic combinations like red, black, and white. Around the shop, he’s a fan of standard cotton tees and believes white shirts deserve more appreciation.

Whether he’s listening to worship music while working or investing in the growth of both the team and the business, Chuck is always focused on one thing: getting better every day.
